Your mission deserves your best.
I make sure the foundation matches the work.

I spent 25 years inside nonprofits, seven as CFO and COO. I fill the executive seats that organizations can't afford to staff.

Practice areas

Five things most nonprofits have nobody to do

You can start anywhere. Most organizations start with whatever is hurting this quarter.

How I work

Start where it hurts. Continue if it works.

One-time

Impact Baseline

A focused engagement scoped to your most pressing need. I review your current state, talk to your team, and deliver a clear-eyed report: what is working, what needs to change, and a concrete path forward.

Fixed fee, scoped in one conversation
Monthly

The Partnership

The seat, filled. Ongoing advisory on your calendar: quarterly strategy sessions, current reporting, and the judgment call when the quarter gets complicated. You keep the relationship. I keep the infrastructure running.

Monthly retainer, scoped to your needs
Project

Defined engagements

Board governance audit. Strategic plan facilitation. Annual risk assessment. Financial systems review. Standalone work at a fixed fee, no obligation to continue.

Fixed fee, fully scoped

The Baseline is month one of the Partnership. Continue straight on, or stop with the report in hand.

Who I work with

Mission-driven organizations that have outgrown their back office

I built my career inside a child welfare nonprofit and I work most frequently in human services: foster care, behavioral health, family services. Everything I build is privacy-first and accreditation-ready.

That experience extends to land trusts, community foundations, and any organization where the mission is real but the infrastructure behind it has not kept up.

Approach to AI

AI is a tool. Judgment is the job.

I make use of AI capabilities in my work, relying on my training, experience, and judgment to be the final arbiter of quality. Every conclusion and every number that leaves the building passes through twenty-five years of experience first.

I also help the organizations I work with adopt AI in their own operations. Where to start, what is practical today, and how to bring staff along without disrupting the programs.
